There is no single test that can diagnose coronary artery disease, but diagnostic tests that may be used to show signs of coronary artery disease include:

  • Electrocardiogram, or EKG
  • Echocardiogram
  • Stress testing
  • Angiogram
  • Chest x-ray, and
  • Blood tests
